The Knowledgebase section of the Verbots Online interface allows you to upload, share, and activate and deactive KnowledgeBases.

Current KnowledgeBases

Current KnowledgeBases related to your account are shown on the KnowledgeBase interface. Information displayed includes:

  • Check boxs showing if the KnowledgeBases is available to the Agent
  • Names of the current KnowledgeBases in your account
  • Arrows to promote or demote one KnowledgeBase over another
  • Delete button to remove the KnowledgeBase from the server

Uploading a KnowledgeBase

Custom KnowledgeBases can be uploaded to Verbots Online. Sources of custom KnowledgeBases can be from other Verbot users or if you have Verbot Standard Edition, you can create your own.

To upload a custom KnowledgeBase do the following:

  • Click the "Browse" button
  • Locate a ckb file on your computer and select it
  • Click the "Open" button on the dialog window
  • Click the "Upload" button

Once the file has been uploaded it will be displayed on the KnowledgeBase Interface.

Promoting and Demoting

You can choose to promote or demote a KnowledgeBases priority by using the up and down arrows. Promoting a KnowledgeBase allows any positive matches to overrule any matches that may occur in a lower KnowledgeBase.

Public KnowledgeBases

The Public KnowledgeBase interface allows you to add additional KnowledgeBases currently shared. You can add and remove KnowledgeBases you desire, as well as promote and demote them once they have been added to your list of Current KnowledgeBases.

To add a Public KnowledgeBase:

  • Click the "Add Public CKB" to the right of the desired Public KnowledgeBase

To remove a Public KnowledgeBase for your Current KnowledgeBase list, simply click the delete button.
