Chat Logs
Versions:
Chat Logs allow you to view interaction with your Online Verbot. You can use chat logs to add additonal inputs to a custom KnowledgeBase using Verbot Standard Edition.
Using the Chat Log calendar you can select a date range to display. The drop down box features chat sessions. Select a chat session to view. Once view a chat session can be archived.
