Verbot Troubleshooting

My Verbot Player won't Start, what could the problem be?

If you recieve a message that an error has been logged to the My Documents\Verbot4\Verbot4Errors.log file there was a problem starting the Verbot 4 Player. This could be caused by a corruption of files in the program or the My Documents\Verbot4 directory, sometimes this is caused by the v4prefs.xml file being out of date and may be resolved by removing the file and re-running the verbot player. If removing the v4prefs.xml file doesn't resolve the issue, it can be solved most of the time by uninstalling the Verbot using the Add/Remove Programs from Windows Control Panel, and reinstalling the latest version of the verbot. If you still get the error after uninstalling and reinstalling the Verbot and you are on Windows 2000 or older, downloading and installing the SAPI 5.1 SDK (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=5E86EC97-40A7-453F-B0EE-6583171B4530&displaylang=en) should resolve the problem.
