Ultimate KB for Download

The first simple version of ultimate KB has just been developed, currently its small but this will give an overall idea what this project is, how it should be done, hoping for more support from the community

I noticed something wrong in it. It can tell you about the planets, but also tell you about the elements in the periodice table. When I asked about Mercury, it only tells me about the element. I could say, "What is Mercury?" or "Where is Mercury?" or "What is the planet Mercury?" etc., but no matter what it always tells me about the element and not the planet. I think what you should have done is made it ask "Are you talking about the planet or the element?" Then go from there. I will see if I can find anymore bugs.

yeah , also there is another keyword problem, if we say "no" for conversational use, it will say "no is the symbol for nobelium"


The first version was just an experiment (or example) how this project works, as soon as more KB's arrive, we will definitely try to make it more intelligent , Hoping for the best support from the community

Also anybody can edit the Existing Modules to make it more great, after editing just send the KB's to (EMAIL ADDRESS EDITED OUT) with your details, we will place that in the download section and will merge the new versions with the Ultimate_KB

sylvain made clear that merging KB's with similar rules will be a problem,

but this is just the begining actually the personality part doesn't care about the knowledge modules, "only in the *(default) rule we have mentioned about the other 2 Knowledge modules

I always try to polish up my Learning mode (an old story
now, i always wait for some requests, and bugs maintenances
without these thing this learning mode is bad) and i use
this " '*' default rule" as recognition engine, Verbot
can't learn if it can't recognize something.
Ex: I type a word it does not know "AEEDGDSDG"
Verbot say:
"I don't know this word etc etc"
Only with " '*' default rule", it can perceive it does
not know this word and send or not a learning mode.
Is it a absolute/definitive decision ?

what i said is that " * " is not allowed in "knowledge modules", it can be used in "personality modules" also in the "learn modules" but will be thorughly judged and edited to merge it with other KB's

why i said it should not be used in "knowledge modules" is because the most anticipated(frequent) works is with "Knowledge modules", it makes so difficult in merging if those KB's contains " * " rule, Rules like " _blank", "_bored", "_startup", these can be used in "personality modules" (module is a KB)

my plan is to recieve the knowledge KB's without " * " then appending things in an appropriate way to the "Personality modules" with the " * " rule

In the meantime, ultimate KB 1.1 has prepared - Download,
not much works, just edited the solar system file and then merged

We need "our Ultimate_KB" to say the original contents, (so that no one says "hey this one says what ALICE says")

Everyone can script the Ultimate_KB with informations via personal writing or articles(infos) which we get via searchin in the internet

this definetly doesnt seem to be an ultimate kb. it seemse to be just one that does a restricted amount of things.

That's why now no more work, going on for it
Just because it cannont be done by just one person
A project like this need co-operation, i think it's time to say farewell to UKB Project
unless i receive another 2-3 KB's from intrested members

I thought about the project last week and developed a Presidents of the U.S. KB. I'm expanding on it a little but I figured that it would help the project.

Please not !
There is an interest, but no time, work, child, wife,
ex-wife, red/yellow fishs parents etc. I'm waiting
for requests and i'll give you my learning mode.
Actually, i'm working on a new version for Scripting
Tutorial.vkb, with news features of 4.1. There is in it
several small parts of this learning mode, but it's very
"limitative". Be patient please. Thanks.

Time to raise these threads back up again. I fell woefully behind but have the entire summer to get right back up to speed again and can't wait to delve into scripting knowledge bases. I too will make an effort to share some good efforts here.

Unfortunately this project has been droped long before, because of the inactivity of members(unless, atleast 10 active peoples are ready to teamup nothing will work on verbots, thats the lesson i learnt ) , but i think you can be a part of "Athena" (plz contact lesseur sylvain)
