I cannot change the MS Agent or voice of my bot.

when I click the tab(avatar) where you change the MS Agent and Voice it will not let me change anything. I cannot "click" it remains "shaded in". I just bought the standard version. What should I do?

Press the Clear button to remove the current skin and then you should be able to change the rest of the options.
