Agent voice volume/quality

Hi :D

Im using AT&T Lauren voice with MS agent Avatar in Verbot.
When i start Verbot the thing said are find. but as soon as a second thing is said the voice becomes really loud (like if its on 500% of the normal volume.. also makes the voice sound kind of crispy)

Or in other words:
-The first thing verbot says is perfect sound.
-After that when you say something like "how are you" the response volume becomes really really loud (so loud that it messes up the quality)

Pressing the "Play sample" button in options results in the same issue.

Voice in windows speech and other 3th part programs work fine. and it also works fine when using the Conversive Characters in Verbot.
Problem only occurs in MS Agent.

Changing the Voice model and them make verbot say something.. and then switching it back to Lauren just fixed the first thing said.. and then the volume goes up again.

I have tried this on 2 computers. (Windows XP Pro SP2 and SP3)
Tried reinstalling both the voice and Verbot.
but with no result.

Also in the program that comes with the voice the pitch cant be changed. (like if it has no pitch)
Also changing the pitch in verbot has no effect on the voice.

Is there some kind of workaround for this bug?

That is strange, I haven't experienced this. Do you happen to know if your AT&T Lauren voice is SAPI 4 or SAPI 5? On windows 7 I've not had any problems with the ms agents but I haven't tried XP in awhile, I'll give it a test and let you know if I find anything.

I have some SAPI 5 voices that only work under CSS and dont work under MSagent. Since AT&T Lauren works in MSagent im assuming its SAPI 4.
According to the AT&T website voices come with both SAPI 4 and 5.
When i use AT&T Lauren with CSS the voice is perfect.
