Not all Verbot Knowledge Bases available

Recently I had to do a clean install of Windows and and the rest of my programs. When I went to add a new knowledge base all I could find in the add window are ckb files the vkb files do not show up. When you use windows explorier and check the directory all files of both types are there. I un installed Verbot and re installed it with no help. This problem existed for about an hour then finally fixed itself. Even though it fixed itself I thought you might be interested in this symptom. Software registration was completed prior to this problem showing up.

Other problem. When I place a check mark in the Personality Knowledge base and Let's go surfing knowledge base then shut down Verbot and call it back up the two knowledge bases are unchecked. This has been going on for long time. Any ideas appreciated.
