Where is the KB Upload page?

Where is the KB Upload page?

I just finished a KB, but can't find Upload on this phpBB.

You can navigate to the downloads section, then you have to choose a category (such as the conversational kb category).
Once you are there you should see the "Upload a File" link towards the top.
