i am wondering if it is possible to install verbot on the android OS.

I think more specifically is installing any Windows programme on Android. As far as I know, it's not doable. However, it may be possible to use the SDK to create an Android version, but this would also need some converter used or built to enable the files to be complied into something other than Windows.
